FINO Filmz Photography Contract

This Agreement is made between the undersigned client ("Client") and FINO Filmz, operated by Emanuel Craig, founder/owner of F.I.N.O Enterprises, LLC, for the provision of photography services as described below.

1. Appointment Details

  • Date of Photoshoot: ____________________

  • Time of Photoshoot: ____________________

  • Location of Photoshoot: ____________________

2. Deposit and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50  is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited toward the final balance of your photoshoot package.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of whether the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • If payment is not received on time, the total balance due will increase by 15%.

  • Payments can be made via [insert payment methods] and must be made in full before or on the day of the session.

3. Late Fees

  • Clients are expected to arrive at the scheduled time. A $15 late fee will be charged for any appointment starting more than 15 minutes late.

  • An additional $15 will be charged for every 30 minutes of tardiness beyond the initial 10 minutes. Excessive lateness may result in the session being canceled or shortened without a refund.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable. If the Client cancels the photoshoot, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • If the Client needs to reschedule, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. The rescheduled appointment must occur within 60 days of the original appointment date.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid further penalties.

  • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances on the Photographer’s part, the session will be rescheduled at no extra charge to the Client.

  • A $75 cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellations. (This fee must be paid within two (2) days of the cancellation date.)

5. Equipment Damage

  • The Client agrees to take care of all photography equipment during the session.

  • If any equipment, including cameras, lighting, props, or any other property belonging to FINO Filmz, is damaged or broken during the session by the Client, the Client will be fully responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged items.

  • The Client agrees to reimburse the Photographer for the full cost of any equipment repairs or replacements as determined by FINO Filmz.

6. Usage Rights and Permissions

  • By signing this contract, you give Emanuel Craig, and FINO Filmz permission to take photographs during the session.

  • You further agree that FINO Filmz has the right to use the photographs for advertising and promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, print materials, and other marketing efforts, without compensation to the client.

  • If you do not wish for your images to be used in such a manner, please notify FINO Filmz prior to the session.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client agrees to be on time for the session.

  • The Client is responsible for any outfits, props, or other items needed for the shoot.

  • The Client agrees to cooperate with the Photographer’s directions to achieve the best possible results.

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that all individuals to be photographed have provided their consent to be photographed.

  • COME WITH POSITIVE ENERGY, AND READY TO HAVE A GREAT TIME

8. Copyright and Ownership

  • The Photographer retains the copyright to all images captured during the photoshoot.

  • The Client is granted a personal license to use the images for personal use only, unless otherwise specified.

  • Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the images is prohibited without prior written consent from FINO Filmz.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • FINO Filmz and Emanuel Craig will make every effort to ensure the best quality photography, but the Photographer is not responsible for any damage to the Client’s equipment or personal items during the session.

  • In the unlikely event of data loss, damage to images, or technical difficulties, FINO Filmz is not liable for more than the total amount paid by the Client for the session.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This contract is governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in the jurisdiction of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina

11. Agreement
By signing below, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this contract. Both parties understand and agree to the above terms and conditions.
